Sub:-Detail Entry of Athletics (men/women)teams 2011-2012
Dear Sir/Madam,The MDU annual athletics meet for the session 2011-12 will be organized from 7th to 9 th November,2011 at MDU sports complex, Rohtak. You are, therefore, requested to kindly send the team of your college for participation in the meet. It is mandatory for all the colleges as per constitution of the MDUSC. Kindly direct your Lecturer in Physical Education to be with the team. Minimum 2-3 athletes must take part in the meet from every college.
Further kindly send the detail entry of your team up to
2.11.11 so that we may prepare the program accordingly. This may kindly be treated as MOST URGENT and TIME BOUND.
